Adding Credit: Top-ups and Automatic Payments

Click2Call is prepaid: your monthly charges and calls come out of your account credit. You can top up by hand, or store a card and let it pay automatically.

Add credit now

  1. Go to Account → Payments and click Make a One Off Payment. Your current balance is shown at the top.
  2. Enter the Top-up Amount. The minimum is $10.00.
  3. Enter your card details. Tick Save this card for easier payments if you want to use it for automatic payments later.
  4. Click Top up.

Store a card

On Account → Payments, click Enter Card Details, enter your card and click Save Card. Card details are processed by our payment provider; Click2Call never stores your card number.

Automatic payments and automatic top-ups

Once a card is stored, you can turn on either or both:

SettingWhat it does
Enable automatic paymentsCharges your card at the start of each billing cycle for your known monthly costs: plans, bundles and line charges. It does not cover call charges.
Enable automatic top-upsAdds the Auto Top-up Amount to your credit when your balance runs low, so call charges are covered too.

Using both together is usually best. Tick the boxes, enter your Auto Top-up Amount, and click Update.

Get an email when credit is low

Under Notification Settings, tick Receive warning email when account credit drops below, enter an amount, and click Update.

If your credit runs out

Incoming calls keep working. Outgoing calls stop once your balance goes below −$5: anyone who tries to call out hears a message that they cannot make calls. Add credit and outgoing calls start working again automatically.

Your invoices and receipts are under Account → History.

Good to know: All prices are in Australian dollars. Add credit before you add numbers or channels, because their monthly charges come out of your credit.
