Transferring Calls in the Secure VoIP App
You can pass a call to a colleague from the Secure VoIP app in two ways. A blind transfer sends the call straight through. An attended transfer lets you speak to your colleague first, so you can check they're free before handing over.

On iPhone or Android
The Secure VoIP mobile app supports both blind and attended transfers from the in-call screen. During a call, open the in-call options and choose transfer. Then pick the number or the other call you want to hand over to.
If you can't find the option, use the keypad codes in the next section. They work in any app or phone.
On Windows (Micro Edition)
Blind transfer
- During the call, click the Call Transfer icon.
- Enter the number and click OK.
Attended transfer
First make sure Single Call Mode is turned off in Settings.
- Click Hold to put the first call on hold.
- Call your colleague.
- When you're ready, click Transfer → Attended Transfer and choose the other call.
Transferring from any phone
During an incoming call, open the keypad and dial #0 then the number for an attended transfer, or ## then the number for a blind transfer. These work in every app and desk phone because Click2Call handles them, not the app. See Parking, picking up and transferring calls.
